Question: Where can i get our home refinanced while in bankruptcy?

Probably nowhere right now. If you're in bankruptcy that means your credit is shot. It would be very hard to get it refinanced now.

No where. Would you lend money to someone who has a reputation of not paying people back? (not meant to be derogatory towards you, thats just how the lenders will look at it.)

If the home in question is your primary address, you may be able to refinance through all the craziness with the home crisis stuff. Call your current mortgage company and ask them about a loan modification. If you're trying to lower your payments, and you can show you can afford the lower payments, they may be able to help you lower your interest rate.

If you are in bankruptcy you will not be able to refinance it, at least for 2 years. If you BK has not gone thorough yet, you can get help through the recovery plan on helping homeowners affected by the economy. Call you lender and explain your situation. You can also get free help through any agency recommended through hud.gov Their services are free to you, so only got through a Hud approved agency. Best of luck.~~
