Refinance Loan

Question: Can all refinance fees be paid aside from refinance loan amount instead of adding them to new loan time frame?

Two things that come to mind. You can pay the closing costs right out of your own pocket. We did. OR, perhaps you can ask to make a separate loan for the closing costs (short term one or two year loan). /

Yes. You always have the option of paying closing costs and fees in cash..
