My fiance and i want to refi, on our home. I have tried every company i can think of. We both have bad credit, but we need to also cash out to pay off our debt and start over. He owns his own business and it just started picking up again. It's seasonal work painting . We want a loan with high interest so the payments are afforadable in his off season. Mortgage companies keep telling me that our home is worth too much? I find that hard to believe. If any can help we would thank you very much. I am trying to avoid bankruptcy.

ok here's the deal..my husbands work has slowed greatly yes is do work, smaller check wont cover bills we have low credit scores in the 500's and have 4or 5 late payments here in these last few months..we are struggling espically with a baby on the way..i just want someone to talk to me and work with me, i have contacted my mortgage co homecomings and they keep telling me to call back the next month and the next month etc.. so i have given up on them helping me..what do i do? where do i go from here? i dont want to file BK nor foreclose..please someone help

Anyone have suggestions of where to look for acreage financing with bad credit score. Thought I had a refi worked out, but they bailed at the last minute because my county zones my 24 acres as agricultural, even though it isn't farmed. Credit was pretty good up until about 6 7 months ago, but now is in the low 500's. Need a refi to catch up and get back on track. Have excellent income, and the property is worth about $200,000.
